Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice pursuant to the DMCA. Your counter-notice must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature
  2. Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled
  3. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which you reside
  6. A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the DMCA notification or an agent of such person

Repeat Infringer Policy

We reserve the right to terminate user accounts of those determined to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. If a user receives multiple copyright infringement notifications within a reasonable period, we may, based on the specific circumstances, suspend or terminate that user's access to and use of our services.
